This is made up of three sections: Delivery, General Operating Rooms, and Cardiology/Neurosurgery and White Matter Hemodynamics areas.

The Delivery section has three rooms for Caesarean deliveries, and two for expulsive/labor.

The general operating area consists of four rooms; including one for laparoscopic, and another for arthroscopic, surgery.

The Cardiology/Neurosurgery and White Matter Hemodynamics section has a cardio-intervention suite from which satellite transmissions may be made; a latest generation Zeiss Pentero microsope with integrated monitor and touch screen, and a hemodynamics room in a white area.

The nursing staff is highly qualified and receives continuously updated training. Equipment is managed by biomedical engineers, who participate daily in the operating rooms.
